The Londoner is seeking a Chief F&B Steward to lead the Back of House team within the hotel. You will drive smooth BOH operations, manage stock takes, ensure incoming goods are checked, and support training for stewards while maintaining health and safety standards.
Applicants should have supervisory BOH experience in a hotel or similar setting and hold a CIEH Level 2 Health & Safety qualification, with a proactive approach to prioritising business needs.
