QMSU is seeking a highly driven, organised licensed trade and events manager to join our Venues & Events Team. You will be responsible for operationally managing two sites—Drapers Bar & Kitchen and Griff Inn Bar & Kitchen—with licensed trade oversight for events at additional sites.
This role supports a turnover of approximately £1.1m and offers the opportunity to optimise licensed trade operations across our diverse customer base, drawing on bar, events, hotel or hospitality experience.
