OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a dedicated Chef to join our Catering team at Manchester Arndale. This night-shift role runs from 9.30pm to 3.30am and focuses on delivering high-quality food and drink to clients and site visitors.
You will manage stock, control budgets, maintain health and hygiene standards, and support the Senior Chef when needed. A passion for seasonal cuisine and strong teamwork are essential.
