Handyperson Salary?£26,300 per annum Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm Hull & East Yorkshire We cant offer CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong We have a brilliant opportunity to join our fantastic, supported accommodation services in East Yorkshire. We are the multi skilled hands-on practical support that helps our colleagues deliver services to our customers.

We work with customers who have varying support needs, across a mix of properties and grounds. As our handy person, youll spend much of your time working across our amazing services in East Yorkshire.

What you'll do Perform minor or emergency repairs, decorating and cleaning in properties and communal areas. Handle tasks like hanging curtain poles, moving furniture, touching up paint, changing washers, unblocking sinks, mowing lawns and clearing grounds.

Carry out regular fire safety checks. Work with colleagues, contractors and customers. Liaise with Customer Service Centre and contractors to report and follow up on repairs outside your remit. General maintenance know-how, a bit of carpentry, basic plumbing and confidence with a paintbrush or broom Comfortable working and communicating with people from all walks of life. The practical bits We mainly work Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, but were flexible as long as we meet our customers needs.

You'll be based at Hull and travel around the properties in our East Yorkshire region, mostly in Hull, Scunthorpe, Driffield, Scarborough and Doncaster.
