As a
Maintenance Person
, you will:

• Complete property maintenance tasks
  including
  plumbing
  ,
  decorating
  ,
  basic electrical
  , and
  general repairs
  , ensuring lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional
• Checkand prepare accommodation
  ready for guest arrivals
• Work collaboratively
  with the wider team to maintain park standards
• Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures
  , ensuring a safe working environment
• Use handheld devices
  or computer systems to log tasks and updates asneeded

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual whohas:

• Experience in general property maintenance
  , repairs, and fault finding
• Skills across
  multiple trades
  such as
  plumbing
  ,
  carpentry
  ,
  DIY
  ,and
  painting
• Afull UK driving licence
  (essential)
• Agood understanding of
  health and safety regulations
• Customer service and teamwork skills
• Confidence using
  handheld devices or basic IT systems
