Landscape Gardener project lead - hard and soft landscaping

£32,000 to £34,000 depending on experience

We are a family run landscaping company based in Kent, looking to employ a new project lead for our landscaping division.

Ideally the successful candidate should have 3 years or more experience within the landscaping sector, full driving licence and CSCS card. They should have excellent communications skills with both the public and members of their team, self‑motivated, reliable and organised. They need to understand the importance of running each job to a timescale and making sure that they complete on time.

The role will involve you working with a team of operatives, responsible for your van and the ordering of materials for jobs as well as managing the timeline for each job, liaising with the managing director as well as the client, commercial or private.

The candidate will need to be competent in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including:

• fencing
• patios
• block paving
• brick work
• planting
• turfing
• artificial grass etc.

We currently have a few projects on the go and would like the candidate to come in and take over the running of some of these, so start date would be immediately.
