Location: Kingston upon Hull
Randstad CPE is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician in the North Tyneside area for a temporary ongoing assignment. Duties include emergency repairs, plumbing, painting, tiling, and basic carpentry in occupied and void properties.
A City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent is required, with a blue CSCS preferred, and own vehicle. Applicants must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
