Autotech Recruit is currently recruiting for Vehicle Technician roles in and around Hull, where the motor trade stays busy year-round with plenty of garages, dealerships and workshops relying on skilled technicians. Combined with affordable living and easy commuting across the city, it’s a strong base for contract work.
Vehicle Technicians based here benefit from easy access to the Yorkshire coast and countryside, with a great work-life balance outside of work.
We’re looking for skilled automotive professionals with strong experience in servicing and repairs who want access to consistent contract work.
This role covers a wide range of automotive jobs, from mechanic jobs and car mechanic jobs through to more specialist service technician work.
You will need:- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or time-served experience
- Strong background in servicing, maintenance and repair
- Solid hands-on workshop experience
- Own tools and full UK Driving Licence
- Rates up to £27 per hour
- Flexible short- and long-term contracts
- Guaranteed 8-hour days minimum
- Weekly payments
- Access to free EV, Air Conditioning, ADAS and manufacturer training
