Volker Highways, part of Volker Wessels UK, invites applicants for an early careers cohort beginning September 2026. This full-time role offers a nationally recognised Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance, with college blocks and overnight accommodation as needed.
You will join project teams across the south of the UK, learning on the job while gaining practical site experience and structured training. ACS/CSCS preparation and safety focus are central to the program.
