Biller Purpose
A Biller is responsible for creating and submitting accurate invoices in a timely manner to customers in a constantly changing regulatory environment.
Biller Job Functions/Responsibilities:- Process and send customer sales invoices, credit memos, rebills, and adjustments accurately and timely, using correct delivery method
- Prepare daily batches for management approval prior to submitting to the customer
- Manage delivery tickets and file accordingly
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Available for overtime as needed
- Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned
- 2+ years experience in Billing required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Team Player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Net Suite Oracle or similar ERP Experience
- Work from office
