Job Duties- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and leadership
- Assist with preparing sales documents, proposals, presentations, and reports
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and contact lists
- Support order processing, invoicing, and basic data entry
- Coordinate internal communication between sales, operations, and clients
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, file management, and document organization
- Help with special projects as needed
- 1–3+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
