You start the day with a huddle, get assigned to your bay, and provide customers with exceptional, safe, and timely service. You are on the floor with your teammates, speaking with customers, and getting them back on the road confidently. No desk is required.

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels
• Delighting customers: Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands‑on, on‑the‑job training and development

• Team mindset:
  Former athlete, military team member, or hands‑on leader who loves to work with people
• Servant leader energy:
  Calm under pressure, positive can‑do attitude, and integrity
• Hands‑on stamina:
  On your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with your teammates
• Strength:
  Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Automotive enthusiasm:
  It’s a plus but not required (we will train you)
• Preferred:
  Driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent

• Install new tires and wheels
• Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
• Participate in hands‑on and classroom‑style training
• Follow safety procedures and company policies while performing job duties
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning
• Provide helpful, friendly, and responsive customer service
