We are seeking a high-capacity leader to help drive creative execution, client experience, social media strategy, and operational excellence across our luxury community media brands.

This is not a traditional design role.

This is a leadership role for someone who can balance strong visual instincts, operational discipline, client communication, and team accountability while helping build something meaningful in the communities we serve.

• Lead design across print, digital, social, and branded campaigns
• Ensure work meets brand standards and client expectations
• Review, refine, and approve deliverables before release

• Manage designers, contractors, photographers, and creative partners
• Delegate work, maintain accountability, and ensure deadlines are met
• Build scalable systems, templates, and workflows

• Lead content strategy and monthly content calendars
• Guide messaging, campaign execution, and audience growth
• Track engagement and performance

• Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic partners
• Lead onboarding, communication, approvals, and ongoing relationship management
• Build trust through proactive communication and follow-through

• Own project workflows, deadlines, approvals, and production schedules
• Maintain organized systems, documentation, and CRM records
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes

• Strong graphic design skills
• Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Social media and content strategy experience
• Project management and organizational excellence
• Strong communication and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
• Naturally takes ownership

Agency, media, branding, publishing, photography/video, copywriting, CRM, or automation experience.
