As a Reservation Center Associate
, you are the "Voice of Confidence." You aren't just answering phones; you are the first point of contact for guests looking to feel their best. Working out of our brand-new, beautiful Humble office (complete with windows, TVs, and your own dedicated workspace), you’ll be part of a high-energy team that keeps our centers humming.

A Day in the Life:
Energy & Impact

• The Brand Voice: Answer incoming calls with a bubbly, upbeat attitude that makes guests excited for their visit.
• Master of the Book: Efficiently book, move, and manage reservations for multiple centers using our proprietary EWC terminology and scripts.
• Service Specialist: Educate first-time guests on our "Free Wax" offers and help regular guests find the perfect time for their favorite services.
• Problem Solver: Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a focus on solutions.
• Team Hustle: Participate in fun contests, games, and productive team meetings designed to keep the energy high and the training fresh.

• The "Personality Plus": A naturally confident, outgoing, and bubbly personality.

  A pleasant, professional phone voice and the ability to memorize standard responses to provide a consistent guest experience.

We believe in rewarding loyalty and high performance. Your path to $16/hour starts here:

• Starting Pay: $13.00/hour base.
• Scheduled Raises: Guaranteed $14.00/hour within one year and $15.00/hour within two years!
• Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $16.00/hour (total comp) through performance-based bonuses.
• The Future: Frequent opportunities for performance-based increases and internal promotions.
