Automotive Service Advisor - Texan Dodge

Position Overview

Texan Dodge, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to align with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
• Review completed work and recommendations, collect payments from customers.
• Use Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage data.
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey with each customer.
