What You'll Do
  • Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while practicing at the highest level of your license.
  • Perform periodontal assessments, charting, digital radiographs, and oral health screenings.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and treatment options that support lifelong oral health.
  • Partner with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans and promote excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all infection control and compliance standards.
  • Create a welcoming, comfortable experience that builds patient trust and long-term relationships.
What You'll Bring
  • Current Texas Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • A passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule (days/hours): M-Th 7:45am - 5pm

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.

Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.

Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.

Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.

Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.

Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)

A current CPR certification

Compensation: $45-$50 per hour
