Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and attentive Usher to join our team at our Fall Creek location. The Usher will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with seating, and ensuring a pleasant and safe environment during events and services.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
- Guide guests to their seats in an orderly and efficient manner.
- Distribute event materials such as programs or bulletins.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the seating and lobby areas.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Answer guest questions and provide directions within the facility.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service or ushering is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
