Treasury Analyst - High-Growth Oilfield Services Company

Our client, a growing oilfield services company, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly with an active CFO and gain hands-on exposure to treasury, cash management, banking operations, and corporate finance.

This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with ~50% focused on treasury and ~50% supporting accounting operations, making it ideal for someone early in their career looking to accelerate development.

What You'll Do

+ Manage daily banking activity and corporate accounts

+ Oversee and monitor ~25 corporate credit cards

+ Assist with short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning

+ Partner with the CFO on payment prioritization and vendor scheduling

+ Identify opportunities to streamline banking processes and reduce fees

+ Support collections and payment follow-ups with customers/vendors

+ Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations

+ Provide general support to the accounting team as needed

What We're Looking For

+ 2-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or banking

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

+ Strong Excel and systems skills

+ Highly organized with a structured, detail-oriented approach

+ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

+ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

+ CPA or CFA pursuit is a plus

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a closely related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or another relevant discipline.

- Strong Excel proficiency and confidence working with financial systems and data tools.

- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate financial information and solve problems effectively.

- Self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn quickly and take direction from senior team members.

- Progress toward a certification such as CPA, CFA, or a similar designation is a plus.
