Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP or CCC-SLP. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist(see requirements below)

Three ways to join our team:

1. Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate.The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.

2. Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV)- this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$76/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.

3. Contractor/PRNwhich is a 1099 position and is paid at $30/30 minute session($60/hour) and $80/evaluations. No benefits.

Hours/Schedule:Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

You can build your caseload at a slower rate to help with easing into your new career!

For all clinicians new and more experienced, we are here to help you find and develop your passions, whether that be specializing in an area of practice or growing your leadership skills. We have both an AAC team and a feeding team – therapists that specialize in these areas of practice and meet regularly to discuss cases, review current research, and develop their skillset.

We offer frequent opportunities for continued learning, including CEUs and in-service presentations. We are committed to a multi-disciplinary model of care and encourage collaboration between our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists and we embrace teamwork.
