Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health and Safety Manager located in Humble, TX. The Health and Safety Manager will develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include conducting safety training, performing risk assessments, maintaining occupational health and safety standards, coordinating audits and inspections, and addressing any health and safety concerns.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership will be essential to foster a safety-first culture within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing safety training programs
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, risk management practices, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across teams
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities
  • Relevant work experience in industrial or construction environments is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus
