Position Highlights

  • Full or part- time OT position serving a pediatric caseload in Humble, TX

    Traditional 5x8-hour days, 4x10-hour or 3x12-hour shifts

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based Occupational Therapy methods
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to support developmental and functional goals
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide education and carryover strategies to families
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing clinical training
Qualifications
  • Current or pending Texas licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for improving the lives of children and their families

Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 per year
