Occupational Therapist Pediatrics in Humble, Texas. This role involves planning, evaluating, organizing, and implementing developmentally appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for patients aged 0 to adulthood. The therapist will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with patients and families, and monitor response to treatment within a multidisciplinary team.

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, either Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 5 to 8-hour shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, or Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, 2 years of pediatric, women's health, orthopedics, or sports medicine clinical experience, or 1-year residency in one of these specialties. Experience with children birth to 21 with neuromotor diagnoses such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Brachial Plexus, Down Syndrome, or developmental delays is required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Knowledge of rehabilitative care for patients with acute and chronic conditions; advanced clinical competencies in pediatrics; clinical experience with feeding and infant therapies is desired but not required.
• Additional Information:
  The candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, be supportive and courteous in interactions, and maintain confidentiality. Must be able to independently treat patients according to established therapy plans and coordinate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
