We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of Conroe. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients, enabling them to experience a higher quality of life and more moments to cherish.

As a Caregiver Humble, you will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver personalized care and support, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADL's), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders as needed
• Offering emotional support and companionship to our clients
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
• Reporting changes in clients' conditions to our care team
• Participating in ongoing training and education to stay updated on best practices and industry developments

• 6+ months of experience in the as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable & insured transportation
