Description:

Data collection required. Unit information:
Number of beds: 457. Number of staff: 5.5, with additional coverage 2 days by CNM. Staffing includes day shift with varying hours during business hours. Night shift has a patient ratio of 1:12. Type of equipment includes EMR - Expanse. Typical hiring profile:
Most recruited skills include effective communication and a proactive approach. Public speaking skills are preferred. Candidates with the willingness to exceed expectations will be prioritized. Typical procedures performed in the unit include rounds. The ideal personality fit is outgoing and a team player. Work schedule includes one Saturday monthly with on-call availability that is rarely utilized. Free meals are provided during shifts.
