Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires across various divisions.
- Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand department-specific requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Build and strengthen relationships with potential candidates, external partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance the employer brand.
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct candidate assessments, and facilitate a positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a multi-location organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping others grow and develop in their careers.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

* Recruiting in the construction industry is highly preferred. - Proficiency with HRIS systems‑
* Paylocity preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and zoom conferences.
