THE POSITIONWe’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead end‑to‑end product design across discovery and delivery—shaping problem framing, user journeys, interaction patterns, and polished UI for complex workflows. You’ll combine deep user insight, system‑level thinking, and craft to ship elegant, usable solutions that scale.
RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for, but not be limited to, the following:
- Own the full‑lifecycle design from discovery to delivery: problem framing, hypothesis & metrics, research planning, information architecture, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, prototyping, specs, and launch.
- Simplify complex systems into intuitive, efficient flows for power users and first‑time users alike; steward accessibility, responsiveness, and performance in the UI.
- Drive research (market scans, competitor teardowns, user interviews, surveys, field studies, diary studies, usability testing) and synthesize insights into opportunities, JTBD (Jobs to Be Done), and testable hypotheses.
- Partner closely with Product Manager/Owner, Engineering, Data, and Ops to define problems, shape scope, and align on outcomes and trade‑offs; co‑own success metrics and experimentation plans.
- Design systems & patterns: contribute to and evolve our design system (tokens, components, usage guidelines) to ensure consistency and velocity across products.
- Prototype to learn: use lo‑fi and hi‑fi prototypes to validate flows and interaction details early; instrument feedback loops with analytics and user testing.
- Ship with quality: provide dev‑ready specs, edge‑case states, content guidance, empty/error/loading states; review builds and iterate post‑launch with data.
- Mentor & uplift: share methods, facilitate critiques, and model a collaborative feedback culture.
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years in end‑to‑end product design (discovery through iterative delivery) for web and/or mobile products at scale.
- A portfolio demonstrating high creativity applied to complex, multi‑step workflows
—with before/after rationale, exploration depth, and shipped outcomes. - Demonstrated user & market research skills (planning, running, synthesizing) and turning insights into decisions, not just documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components/variants, auto‑layout, prototyping), plus familiarity with prototyping/testing tools.
- Strong systems thinking (IA, patterns, states),
visual design craft (typography, grids, color, iconography), and interaction detail (micro‑interactions, motion). - Excellent collaboration & communication with cross‑functional partners; ability to write clear UX specs and influence with evidence.
- Humble and hungry to learn—actively seek feedback, run experiments, and iterate quickly, bias to outcomes over opinions.
- Tech-Adaptive & Trend-Responsive: Proactively monitor and evaluate emerging technology shifts and modern UI/UX paradigms. Ability to critically assess and adapt industry best practices from leading applications into our product ecosystem to ensure modern, future-proof user experiences
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
PLUS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience designing B2B/enterprise or ops/production tools with dense data and role‑based complexity.
- Familiarity with design tokens
, component libraries
, and working closely with FE engineers on hand‑off and UI quality gates. - Understanding of analytics (funnels, retention, time‑to‑task), A/B…
