Dispatch Clerk - Final Mile

DISPATCH CLERK Shift / Schedule

• 40‑hour work week: 9 am – 6 pm, with two days off each week.
• Overtime is rarely required. Weekend work may be needed, typically Saturday and Sunday or either day.

• Ripping and assigning cards to board.
• Sending and assigning pick ups to drivers.
• Reporting missed pick ups.
• Logging seals on shared drive.
• Answering calls from customer service and drivers.
• Other duties as required and assigned.

• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
