As a team member in the food production area, you will maintain product knowledge, support cross‑functional teams, prepare prepared food items, leverage digital tools, drive merchandise performance, and serve members.

• Be a Team Member
  :
  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and be flexible to the needs of the business, working in other areas as required.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying members’ needs; assist members with purchasing decisions; handle payment types; locate merchandise; and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.

• Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification.
