Job Overview
The Cleaning Authority is hiring full‑time Professional House cleaners. We offer the highest pay for cleaning in the area and provide a structured training program that includes a 2‑week hands‑on period with experienced trainers.
Schedule• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed on major holidays
• $12 an hour to start, with additional benefits after the probationary period.
• Paid holidays and paid vacation time.
• Full‑time employee status with full benefits.
• Opportunity for advancement and leadership within the company.
- Perform detailed housecleaning for residential clients using the company’s Detail‑Clean Rotation System.
- Clean Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, traveling to multiple homes during the day.
- Follow all safety and quality standards set by The Cleaning Authority.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on the job.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
- Willingness to learn and maintain high cleaning standards.
- Be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds). This is a physically demanding job.
- Driver’s license preferred.
