What’s in it for You?Base salary of $70,000
Total target earnings of $90,000+ with performance-based bonuses tied to clear service and operational KPIs

In-person leadership role based out of Humble, TX
Commute radius capped at 30 miles from the Humble shop
Authority to lead, coach, and drive results without micromanagement

You lead from the front and set the technical standard for the team
Strong preference for technical leadership over paperwork

Lead and manage HVAC service technicians operating within 50 miles of Humble, TX
Serve as the primary technical support resource for the service team
Run daily huddles, technician training sessions, and performance check-ins
Partner with scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient service execution
Coach technicians on diagnostics, repairs, and customer-facing execution
Track and act on core service KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability
Step into the field as needed to support complex or high-impact service calls
Build systems and standards that prepare you for a future GM role

5 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC technician experience
1 to 2 years of HVAC service management experience or readiness for first management step
HVAC experience in both residential and commercial strongly preferred
EPA certification required
Contractor license is a plus but not required
Strong technical HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting ability
Highly autonomous, organized, and self-directed leadership style
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support technicians in the field
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
