The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in coordinating and executing construction projects. This role assists in maintaining schedules, managing documentation, tracking costs, and facilitating communication between project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Core Responsibilities- Manages all activities associated with the construction of an assigned project.
- Supports Project Manager in all phases of assigned projects.
- Assists with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
- Tracks project costs, budgets, and assists with forecasting.
- Prepares and processes submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Maintains project documentation and ensures accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Assists in resolving project issues and escalates as needed.
- Attends project meetings and documents key actions and decisions.
- Reviews drawings and specifications to support project execution.
- Supports procurement and material tracking efforts.
- May visit job sites as required.
- Prepares reports and updates for project leadership.
