JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments. Ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time. General material handling, prepping, loading and unloading freight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ship orders according to shipping instructions provided.

Process shipments in Oracle/Ship Console.

Verify label quantities and items numbers match in the system.

Generate Shipping labels (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.) and documents.

Process order and upload documents in customer portals.

Communicate with customers and 3rd party carriers on customers behalf.

Prep freight and load outbound trucks. General material handling.

Communicate with Sales/Packaging teams to address discrepancies/Issue.

Transportation rate quotes.

Maintain neat and clean work environment. 5

SREQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma2+ years Shipping/Receiving experience

General computer knowledge. (Microsoft teams, outlook, documents etc)
Forklift experience.

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication skills.

Interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bilingual

Oracle/SAP Experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT & POTENTIAL HAZARDS:100% of the time will be spent in a production environment, inside and out.

Some exposure to possible shop hazards including high noise, heavy machinery, summer heat, cold weather.
