Set up and operate manual mills, manual lathes, and multi-axis CNC machines safely;
Program CNC lathes, VTLs, and milling machines directly at the machine console using G-code or conversational programming;
Blueprint Reading:
Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T symbols to calculate precise part dimensions;
Tooling & Setup:
Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, attachments, cutting tools, and raw materials onto machines;
Quality Inspection:
Perform first-article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to maintain tight tolerances
