: 3rd Shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am)

Summary
:
The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with the preparation, movement, and handling of products in a food production environment. This role includes operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and performing sanitation duties to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. Team members must be flexible, safety‑focused, and willing to assist where needed.

• Assist in the production, handling, and movement of products within the facility
• Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Load and unload racks, containers, and materials
• Move products in and out of coolers, freezers, and storage areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety, food quality, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and removing trash

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in cold environments such as coolers and freezers
• Ability to work safely around food allergens including chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts

• No previous experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to assist in different areas as needed
• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on production demands
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must successfully pass a background check and rapid drug screen
