Dessert Holdings is seeking a Line Continuous Improvement Lead for the Humble, TX facility to drive line performance using Lean/CI concepts. You will lead Kaizen events, 5S, and data-driven improvements as part of the Line CI Lead team, reporting on KPIs and safety standards.
You’ll train operators, coach supervisors, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and R&D to deliver high-impact projects while promoting the MOS culture across shifts.
