Operate compression mold machines to produce rubber and plastic rings and seals according to production specifications;
Measure and prepare powders and materials prior to machine setup to ensure proper consistency;
Set up hydraulic presses and molds accurately and safely before production runs;
Inspect first run parts for defects and make necessary adjustments prior to full production;
Turn preforms, stack preforms, and straighten preforms and parts while parts are in the press to ensure proper molding
