The Production Line Lead oversees daily operations of a production or packaging line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team on the floor. This is a hands-on role that requires working alongside employees, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production on track. This position is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift), lifting up to 50 lbs.,

and working in hot and cold environments. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Lead and support a production line team
• Monitor production performance, quality, and safety
• Set up lines and ensure proper operation throughout the shift
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with maintenance when needed
• Track production metrics such as output, waste, and downtime
• Train and support employees, including cross-training team members
• Identify and help improve workflow and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English required; Spanish is a plus)
• Flexible schedule (including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Previous experience as a Line Lead or similar role in manufacturing
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable coaching and directing team members
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
