Licensed Practical Nurse – Wound Care (Full‑Time)

The Wound Care LVN/LPN coordinates wound care therapy into the total nursing care plan for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• Coordinate wound care therapy within the overall patient care plan.
• Educate patients and families about wound care management.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to uphold professional nursing standards.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Certification from an approved wound care certification course preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum two years direct patient care experience; experience in wound care preferred.
