Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of endoscopy patient care services across assigned units

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative culture
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for endoscopy care
• Monitor regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and infection prevention protocols
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care pathways
