Bright Star Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver specialized wound care in patients' homes across Humble, Kingwood, and surrounding areas. You will assess, treat, and educate, partnering with families and the clinical team to promote healing and prevent complications.
The ideal candidate has strong wound care experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a home-health setting. WOCN certification is preferred but not required.
