Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) providing private duty care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult clients.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process;
- deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders;
- monitor physiological and psychosocial changes;
- collect and interpret health data;
- document diagnoses and care activities.
- Current RN license in the practice state;
- valid BLS certification;
- up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray;
- preferred minimum one year of professional nursing experience.
