As an LVN, you'll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team to provide skilled nursing services tailored to each patient's needs. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions
, administering medications and treatments
, monitoring progress
, educating patients and families
, and communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team. Your clinical judgment and dedication will help patients safely remain in the comfort of their homes.

We are seeking a dedicated nurse with the following qualifications:

• an active Texas LVN license
• a current in-person CPR/BLS certification
• a valid Texas driver's license
• an active auto insurance
• a recent TB test or chest X-ray
• at least one year of nursing experience in a home health agency, clinic, or healthcare setting
• demonstrate a strong commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
