As a Pediatric Private Duty RN, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care tailored to your patient's unique needs. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, monitoring patient status, administering prescribed treatments, collaborating with the family and healthcare team, and ensuring continuity of care. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in supporting the patient's health, safety, and overall well-being.

Private duty nursing allows you to provide highly personalized care without the demands of managing multiple patients. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both the patient and family while delivering the attentive, high-quality care they deserve.

Candidates must have hands-on pediatric experience with BiPAP, airway suctioning, cough assist, Mic-Key G-tube feedings, and enteral feeding pumps. These specialized skills are required to safely and effectively support the patient's ongoing clinical needs in the home setting.

Qualified candidates must possess a current Texas RN license, current BLS certification, at least one year of nursing experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet all employment and background requirements. Home health or private duty pediatric experience is preferred. Successful candidates are dependable, compassionate, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent communication with families and the clinical team.
