Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Certified/Licensed/Registered Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT), you will be encouraged to work to the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.

You will primarily utilize your skills in:

  • Anesthesia & Analgesia:
    Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.
  • Dentistry:
    Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).
  • Diagnostics:
    High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.
  • Nursing & Triage:
    Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.
  • Workflow Leadership:
    Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.

We are looking for someone who is well versed in:

  • Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
  • Surgical preparation and assistance
  • Dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
  • IV catheter placement and venipuncture
  • Diagnostic radiology and proper patient positioning
  • Laboratory sample collection and in-house diagnostics
  • Medication administration and dosage calculations
  • Hospitalized patient care and treatment
  • Emergency and critical care skills
  • Pain assessment and patient monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary pharmacology
  • Accurate medical record documentation
  • Client education and communication
