• Hands‑on experience from day one
• Spay/neuter surgery participation (based on skill and comfort)

• Opportunities to strengthen client communication skills

• High-volume spay/neuter surgeries 2x per week
• Urgent care cases seen regularly—great for fast-paced medical learning
