- Collect and process donor samples for processing and testing
- Record product and sample weights
- Label samples and freeze units for final packing within the required timeframe
- Pack units for final shipment
- Pack samples and prepare shipping boxes for delivery to the testing laboratory
- Monitor stored products
- Report equipment working conditions
- Maintain accurate donor files
- Handle shipping and inventory control responsibilities
- Maintain active communication and quality in plasma-center operations
- High School diploma or GED
- Superior customer service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including exposure to extreme cold below 32°F
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
