Property Manager

Overview

We are seeking an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager to oversee a 126-unit B/C class apartment community. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and experienced in One Site. Strong leadership, collections expertise, and the ability to drive occupancy and performance are essential.

• Oversee daily property operations
• Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
• Manage rent collections and reduce delinquency
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors
• Maintain strong resident relations
• Ensure curb appeal and property standards
• Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting in One Site
• Enforce lease terms and Fair Housing compliance

• 5+ years of multi-family property management experience
• Experience with B/C class communities preferred
• Proficient in One Site software
• Strong collections and customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven
