. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow their career in property management while making a meaningful impact on our residents’ experience.

As a Leasing Consultant, you are one of the first and most important points of contact for our community. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional leasing experience, connecting prospective residents with the right apartment home, generating sales, and building strong relationships with current and future residents.

Our ideal candidate is confident, personable, goal-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You should be comfortable in a sales-focused environment and motivated to consistently achieve and exceed leasing goals.

• Have affordable housing experience

• Affordable housing experience required
• Class A property experience preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Experience with One Site preferred
• Experience with Knock preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
