Responsibilities & Qualifications

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role includes setting restaurant goals, creating plans to achieve them, overseeing Department Managers, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired. Candidates must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
