YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products, are passionate about building brand loyalty, and represent our values while bringing your real self to work everyday.

• You’re a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs.
• You share the brand love, introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can work in any zone—Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—and flex as needed.
• As an innovative problem solver, you proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You’re a team player, always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
